During McKay’s program, we completed my 20-year life/career vision and then worked backward to outline where I should be in 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years to reach that 20-year vision. We also completed a bottom-up analysis to outline the gaps in skills and experiences that I would need to reach each goal/milestone.
